Personal Philosophy of Grading

As a teacher it is extremely important for me to provide my students with feedback.

For tests and projects, I comment to the students the areas they excelled.

Teaching a room full of students is not an easy task.  Developing one universal ideal form of education is impossible.  After all, each student has a learning style through which he or she learns best, and each student has a learning style that enables him or her to remember best.

I believe the key to evaluating the success of any academic discipline lies in assessment methods that helps teachers and students progress toward instructional goals.

I will provide an overview of the assessment guides I have developed for Science.
