  Admissions Policy P  

All application materials must be received by December 31. A single cohort of 30 is formed each year. The program for each cohort begins with a May weekend.  The spouse or guest of each student may attend the get-acquainted reception, banquet and orientation session on the first evening..  

Entrance requirements are: 

  • A master's degree in an appropriate field;
  • A superior academic record ( two official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate coursework required );
  • Recent ( within three years ) scores on the Miller Analogies Test which indicate the potential for success in doctoral-level work (score of 50 or better is desirable); for more information about the test, go to www.tpcweb.com/
  • Resume of professional background;
  • Statement of personal and professional goals;
  • Three letters of recommendation regarding one's potential for doctoral study; and
  • A personal interview.
