Executive M.A. in Education Leadership, Management and Policy for International Educators

This fast-track to an M.A. in Education Leadership is uniquely designed for educators who are teaching overseas but would like to earn a master’s degree from a highly acclaimed University in the United States. This online program, combined with two intensive summer experiences, is ideal for busy international educators who require an intensive, flexible study path. A single cohort that remains intact for the duration of the six-semester program will be formed, so enrollment in this attractive program is limited.

Convenient Scheduling

This rigorous, 39-credit accelerated program meets the needs of educators, working abroad. The program consists of 21 credits online, a six credit internship, and 12 credits completed over two consecutive summers that will provide face-to-face experiences. One summer may be held on the Seton Hall campus. The second may be held in a centrally located site in Europe.

A Dynamic Learning Environment

A cohort that remains together for the duration of the program is formed at the outset. The cohort fosters a collegial study environment that allows ample time for professional sharing and cooperative activity. Seminar, study teams, and computer conferencing among the members and instructors further the goal of collegiality.

Each module (course) focuses on both theory and practical application. In addition to outstanding Seton Hall professors, students lean from special guest lectures and visiting faculty. These have included Tom Sergiovanni, Terry Deal, Alan November, and Charol Shakeshaft.

Degree Requirements
